    The seller was incredibly responsive & the package arrived the next day; securely wrapped. The item was well-packaged and the appearance of the item was brand-new, clean; exactly as expected. The seller was great & but will use again. However, the pen’s quality was poor; making the value wasteful. More $ spent compensating for the cheap, unstable, poorly designed plastic pen. My dog is 14 lbs & easily made the square shape diamond shape easily. No info given when asked. Buy base for wood floors!

    I’m will not buy from yechi_25 again. Product was great but came from Amazon (Amazon packaging/packing slip/gift receipt). I bought from eBay to support small business. This USA-made item was sold by an intl. seller fulfilling via Amazon. I paid eBay $32; was $20 on Amazon. I asked for a refund of the difference; was told to return the product for a full refund. I want the product (also Amazon gift receipt linked to lower price). I feel mislead by this intl. seller + its fulfillment via Amazon.
