They despatched the item to me on the same day and it arrived within 48 hours of payment. Whilst the item I bought (hand held coffee grinder: 1-star in my opinion; you really get what you pay for with it) broke in its first use, the seller offered to replace it with a new one, which I declined in favour of a refund. They did so without question and immediately. On messaging, they may take a little while to respond but a polite reply was always given.
