    The seller has offered a refund and I will not have to return damaged VCR TV. I am hoping to purchase another one from him very soon so my son has a working one! He sent the tv promptly and packed it very very well! It was totally the fault of the delivery company! He has been very easy to deal with and responds quickly!!!     Unfortunately, we did everything in our power, but there is an element of this business that we cannot control: the carrier mishandled the package. This package weighed 80 pounds, and we provided special packaging for that weight, but the carrier dropped the ball. Fortunately for our customer, we offer a 30-day return policy at no cost to them, so there is no loss for the customer.
