Good communication had a problem with delivery (not sellers' fault), the item was supposedly at the courier's depot in my area for 2 weeks. When I contacted them, they immediately got back to me asking if I wanted them to send a replacement item. The next day the item was delivered at which time they contacted me to confirm it had been delivered. Would recommend this seller.
