Received the item on time but unfortunately it's useless. The manual in the box is useless because you can't download the app through QR code because it's an older version. I was in constant contact with seller, he tried his best to solve the issue but worthless. I explained him the issue so many time but he was unable to help. I don't think this device is useful. I requested him for a refund but he never came back to me.

This product is not leather and there is no leather at all on it.It is plastic backed with a fake felt front inner and I don't no what you would call the front outer cover But it is definitely not leather. I sent many messages to sell BUT in the end I had to go to eBay to get refund.Thank you eBay for all your help and support in this matter.

The customer is very bad, don't read the product description clearly, we wrote faux leather on the item, the customer said he didn't see it, we asked him to send it back, we refunded him, He didn't want to send it back at his own expense, and in the end we had to refund the money, and he started wanting to refund when he didn't receive the item

Arrived late. Be aware that u need to DL an app called Little Stars. I have a 6 year old android phone but could not DL the app as a older version of android was needed. No mention of this was in the description of the item. I should have read the reviews before buying as other buyers had the same issue. Have messaged the seller with my concerns and request advise of an alternative App but have not got a response.
