    Item as described, no issues. Courier service worst ever tracking useless, no comms, item left at different address, no message saying it was delivered. late delivering sat in depot for two days. Undeniably a courier service that couldn't care less about the customers. The seller I have no problem with. Left in an open box at another location. My wife recognised the doorway. It was with two other packages that I delivered to a neighbour. woeful service.

    Would like to recommend this seller. I picked the wrong thing, it was exchanged no problem, but still wasn't right for my machine. Seller was amazing and very patient with my toing and froing and when I couldn't get the right roller, quickly refunded my money. Excellent communication. Very happy.

    Seller packed half the order, I wrote to them and gave all order details , seller asked to send a photo , I sent the photo of opened package with missing item . Then asked if they have to send the missing item? I said please and no worries about the confusion.... Then the asked if they had to send the item again.... No sorry , no sign off , punctuation or any manners. Disgusting experience, buy from an aussie and pay the few extra bucks!!!
