  The jeans were described as having a 33" waist but measured closer to 35" so did not fit as expected. Seller accepted responsibility and did offer a full refund, including shipping, so just a minor inconvenience in returning. I am still giving positive feedback, because seller communicated with me professionally and timely resolved the discrepancy to my satisfaction. Can't ask for more than that.

  Hi, I just received my Ninja. That took a really long time. Disappointed. The packaging and the box were tattered and ripped, coming apart, taped up, but fully abused. The Ninja itself has dents on at least 3 sides. Only 1 dent was shown in the pictures. I'm missing the sheet pan. That was hard to tell from the picture. Perhaps you could have added that to the description. I am all sorts of disappointed. I haven't heard back on my original contact with the seller, so I'm leaving feedback.
