84-inch Fan was as described in purchase and in new condition in original item box. Attention to other purchasing interested customers the fan blades and fan motor / remote control are sent separately and could delayed getting all items on described time as was with my experience having email vendor / seller a few times back and forth to find where motor and remote was after the blades turned up first and motor and remote sent at same time but separately turned up 5 days later.
