  They never bothered to send it, probably because they said free postage & then realised how much it would cost them to send to WA. If they were just honest with us, that would have been okay or we would have paid the postage as we have being trying to find one. Anyway it worked out great as hubby ended up making one so we saved in the end. They need to put on their site, free postage only in their state. Thank-you.

  3 days after placing my order and paying I received this message; "Unfortunately, we’ve been informed that the carrier reported your package is undelivered because the carrier cant find your location." I was partially refunded. 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for the rest of my refund.
