    Shipping was fast, packaging was good but a part of it was damaged, the part was as described and in really good condition, value was good, I sent the seller a message and told them what happened when the part came in and they were extremely nice and was not an automated message. They gave me a refund for it and reassured them that we still will be shipping from them as we have a 3rd gen 4Runner. But there customer service it top notch. Luckily it was just a boot that broke and a dust shield.

    The tag on the item in the listing picture was misleading. Once the item arrived, it was in worse condition than expected, especially for the price. The packaging was top notch and I would consider buying from the seller again, however I would ask detailed questions before making a purchase as the pictures don’t tell the full story.
