Terrible customer service and feedback comes with a warning to potential buyers.
Seller made a counter offer to me on an item, I accepted and paid, 10 minutes later they retracted their offer and messaged me saying they didn't want to sell it at that price any more and was refunding me. Their excuse in the refund was that I put the incorrect address into the system.
