    Seller gave a full refund on the item which is good. However they sent me the wrong item, and then said they no longer have it in stock, which isn't so good as I now have to find it elsewhere and it has wasted my time. They need to understand their stock levels better and not send out wrong items. But they do give refund for their mistake which is good.

    Communication was terrible with this seller. They sent a lock from China to Australia and the voice activation is all in Chinese could not change it to English to set it up. Any time I message them it took like a week to get back to me. So I returned the item. About a month had passed and still no refund so had to open a case with Ebay to get a resolve. Warning if buying from this seller. Cheers.
