    I was real nervous about buying this with an open box because the last open box I bought has clearly been used. I went ahead and gave it a shot and am so happy I did. This was exactly as described, not a blemish on it - as promised. I would highly highly recommend this seller, their communication was excellent and their product was perfect. The item came quickly and packaged well for what it was. I would do business with them again - no doubt.

    The lamp I ordered was listed as “like new”. It arrived with the clamp and springs from one of the boom arms missing. The box was fairly dilapidated and they just tossed everything in an unprotected plastic shipping bag. When I contacted them they promised to promptly send a return label. It has not arrived. Sloppy and completely incompetent. Will never shop with them again.
