It was indeed exactly as described.
I was confused at first b/c the packaging had changed since I got them last, so the foil seal is almost invisible once the container is opened. But once I expressed misgivings about the apparent absence of the seal, the seller did a great job of communicating how they’d changed and even included a photo of how the new packaging should look. I appreciated his fast and complete response.

Fast shipping, however, the shipper UPS did not deliver package correctly. Seller was responsive. A couple of the boxes inside the shipping box were smashed, but this may also be due to the shipper and not the seller. Will still do business with this company. Thank you!

I have used Optifast since 2006 successfully maintaining a 70-lb. weight loss by using 1-2 servings daily. I was so pleased when Your Partner in Health called to tell me that Optifast had changed the formula and asked me if I wanted to try 1 box instead of my usual case. It is different: more foamy, a bit sweeter but with the same nutritional value. Thank you for the heads up and you will remain my preferred vendor for this product. Deliveries are always on time with minimal packaging.
