  Great item equal in quality to branded similar items but a third the cost. Shipping was excellent from a cost perspective but a bit slower in transit although tracking was poor (not the fault of the seller). Overall a fair trade off, cheap postage vs a bit slower and poor tracking. I’d be happy to buy again with this deal. Many thanks.

  Looks good. Unfortunately the couriers used left the package under the car. I have a parcel lock box at my gate. This is not fault of seller. Although, the seller needs to address who they use for delivery..

  I ordered a Bumzzy Butt Shaver as as advertised. What has been delivered is a totally different and inferior product. The product was also advertised as "ships from Canberra". I live in Canberra. It took 10 days to be delivered, so clearly it wasnt coming from Canberra. The picture below is what was delivered. At this point I consider this as false and misleading advertising. I have asked the seller to arrange a swap for the product that I ordered and paid for

  My item was late, I messaged and received a very quick response apologising for the delay. Then the cyclone flew in which delayed it further 😄 But today my bulbs and power cord were delivered. My salt lamp is happy again. I feel it is value for money and arrived in good condition as it was well packed. Thank you.
