Item not pictured as described nor did it arrive as listed. I was under the impression I was purchasing the complete setup for an electric metal winch, except there is NO winch in the packaging, only the wiring to do the set up. The seller did not respond to any messages until they were contacted by PayPal regarding a refund since they didn't offer returns. At that time I was told I ordered wrong and they corrected the listing. Had I known what I know now, I'd shop elsewhere

The bulkhead allowed for too much play in the steering with both the original plastic triple clamp and the after market aluminium one I purchased. I attempted to return the item that was purchased and sent from an Australian address only to find the return address was in California. Attempted to contact the vendor with no luck. Very disappointed!
