I had either a brain fart and lost the assembly instructions or perhaps they weren't in the box. The important thing is that the seller was so responsive and emailed me the pdf asap. The drop box itself is a sturdy and secure metal structure, and I can now leave the house without worrying about people stealing things off the porch. as a separate aside: why do they insist on leaving my packages in the center of the front porch when I have bushes to either side that would obscure the delivery?

Box was badly damaged and somewhat shredded when delivered...I do not believe that this was the seller's fault. Some of the hardware pieces were missing, as a result...but, I was able to replace those missing pieces from the local Ace Hardware. Otherwise, as advertised, and speedy delivery.

Chairs are heavy and well made. Shipper left damaged box on front steps in rain. Bolts missing from box. No directions either. Seller wants to put a claim in against shipper. Don’t really know if they didn’t send the bolts or they fell out of hole in box. Wasn’t worth the $20 to file the claim that it cost to replace bolts.

Need to pick a better shipper. Fed ex was horrible. 3 days late. Tracking described attempted to deliver 2 times. They never tried, I was home and cameras outside of the house didn't pick them up on the property. Please choose a better shipping service for your customers
