The seller refused to send me the correct size, and they have said I would have to pay return shipping on the item even though it is not what they listed in the description. I would recommend not buying from this seller, as the necklace is not only very fragile, but it is also not the length they advertise. I see their reviews show similar issues with other items, so steer clear if you want what is listed.

There was some confusion with the listing of the item, and the size listed and the size received. The seller did an excellent job of communicating with me and getting the situation resolved. I would do future business again if I find something I'd like to get.
