The item arrived quickly but when I used it to undo a nut which I had just torqued to 120nm I found it pretty useless as it would not work. I repacked the item and sent it back within one hour of receiving it. It was returned free of charge and refunded within two days. Good service but I found the item to be unfit for the purpose and not as described.
