  Items were received in good condition. After several days of use, I noticed rust marks on the bottom of one of the dispensers. Underneath both of them were rust stains on my new quartz countertops. I have contacted the seller, sent photos of the stains on the counters, & rust spots on the dispenser. The seller is insulting me by offering partial refunds; I have counteroffered requesting a full refund, & a Return Shipping Label. Tired of the back & forth nonsense. EBay please help! Thank You!
