  Excellent experience overall. The seller replied to my messages almost immediately, and there were quite a few of them. He contacted the manufacturer of the item on my behalf more than once. Arctec3D is very strict about transferring ownership of its used products, and having a seller who is willing to contact the manufacturer to confirm the sale and to provide the new owner info is a must. Also the scanner came as advertised, excellent condition.
