1st Time around got the glassware totally broken, and some of it lodged in my thumb, I then contacted the seller explaining that the items should have been packed better like in bubble wrap. Wanting a refund, I settled for another shipment, which yep got it broken again. Waiting for a refund, I do not recommend this seller.
