    Product is as described. Not sure it will end up working for my Jayco now that I see it, but that is not the seller fault. Arrived a couple of days later than stated when ordered, so I didn't have it for the weekend hen I wanted to fit it, so it wasn't worth paying the higher price than the equivalent on other sites. But the product seems fine if bought for what it says its for. Can't comment on communictaion, none was needed.
