Purchase two cameras, one had broken screen. After contacting seller. They said they send a replacement. After two week I ask for tracking number. Seller said they didn't have number, but would hurry the postal service up. Another two weeks pass. I contacted them again. Asking how they send parcel with no tracking number. They stayed parcel must have got lost and offered me a few dollars. I open claim and got refund for one camera

Very poor description of a stylus pen for an apple ipad. Was shown to have blue tooth connectivity for power display and shortcuts. Supplied item DID NOT HAVE THIS CAPABILITY. Got the generic "so sorry for your trouble" response from seller but no solutions beyond time wasting hoping you will go away. The saving grace is he uses Elogitic fulfillment services in Villawood Sydney. So there is some local stock and the eventual refund was efficient
