  The phone was in pristine condition. I don't know how they managed it but it looks absolutely new. The seller was courteous and quick with answering questions. The phone I received was exactly what I ordered. I was concerned with buying a phone from overseas but the transaction was flawless and the phone seems to work fine in the US.   This seller is the worst. The parts were not assembled properly, and the damaged product was sent to me. I asked for an immediate refund, but the conversation didn't work properly, and I eventually followed the return procedure as the seller told me to do. After sending the product, the delivery fee is too expensive and they are not returning the delivery fee to me. The seller is still ignoring my message and not returning the money.
