We are very happy with the product. The flat pack was easy to assemble and they were just as we expected. The payment process was disappointing. They advertised free postage which encouraged me to choose this seller over others and pay a higher price for the items, which was offset by the free postage. I entered my delivery address and the price was confirmed so I purchased the items. Two days later I was told they wouldn’t deliver to my area unless I payed an extra $65 per item. Not happy.

Postage ended up being complicated as I live in a regional town. Yes it's in the fine print but I didnt see that it costs a lot more than standard. I trusted the front page pricing on sort, based on price+shipping. They contacted me before shipping and refunded without arguement. Only ended up being a waste of time instead of waste of money. I have nothing to complain about, but also nothing to be happy about - therefore have voted neutral.
