Knowing this Zosi Security continued to advertise it and deliberately and fraudulently twice sent me a cheaper inferior model lacking several features. I included a detailed description of the purchase in my last order and asked that they ensure the correct item was sent, but they sent the cheaper one anyway. Over 20 emails have achieved no offer of replacement or compensation, just "send it back and go away" Don't buy.
