The post office saids there was a problem with the label they left it in the right mail box but it was not my address, but marked as pickup at the local post office according to track. Contact the seller and he claims he did ship it to the right address. I never did receive it someone’s full of it.

    Item not as pictured, different bootleg item & box. Item was even placed in box sideways & taped closed. Contacted seller and they offered partial refund and a discount on another item. I said no I just wanted the correct item or my money back. Seller then asked me 4 my PayPal to send me $5 for shipping which is nowhere near enough & not comfortable giving PayPal esp not for $5 sorry, sounds scammy. The seller is now being difficult & refusing to refund. Waste of time & money.

    I received an obviously opened box with a piece missing from the toy. I believe it was open by customs or somewhere down the shipping line because it arrived in a poly bag. Shipping from overseas I don’t believe the seller would wrap it in such light packaging. The seller however did make things right. It was shipped right away. Fast shipping.

    I was mistaken about which product I had ordered (due to a visual disability, nothing to do with the seller, they were very clear), but everything was exactly as advertised for a fair price, and inspite of not getting what I hoped, the seller was in communication with me the whole time, and I simply made a mistake. I am very happy with the purchase and product however, and would strongly recommend the seller.
