    I initially received a product that did not match the description—it was listed as open box, but the phone showed signs of wear and use. However, after reaching out to the seller, we quickly resolved the issue. The seller apologized for the mistake and kindly offered to refund half of the item s cost, which I found to be a fair resolution. While the initial experience was disappointing, I appreciate the seller s willingness to address the problem and make things right.

    Seller had excellent and fast communications throughout. They were extremely patient as I had issues splitting payment using a gift card and PayPal. Unfortunately eBay did not allow the split payment in that way, therefore I added a Visa card to my account and notified the seller that I would try to finalize the order again. Finally eBay did allow me to use the gift card and my Visa to complete the sale. My items were packaged well and delivered earlier than promised. Great seller! Thanks!
