I've had no chance yet to use the item much-just arrived yesterday and this is one of those items where you have to use it awhile to really get an idea of how good it is (or not) for back support-but the memory foam is nice and springy. Great communication on their part. I was offered a refund. My package was lost in the mail and got damaged. Seller allowed me to still keep the cologne even tho it got damaged in the mail. I will definitely recommend this seller. They care about the consumer and did everything to fix the problem. Highly recommended and I will do business again.
