Excellent phone, would definitely purchase again.
I purchased the Pantech Flex because I had 3 different Pantech Burst phones and all of them had issues with the caller's voice echoing back to them (very annoying for my callers). I researched the Pantech Flex on the internet and could not find any reviews where this echoing was a problem, so I purchased the Pantech Flex and I love it. It actually has a bigger screen and is thinner than the Burst. I would highly recommend it. The pros far outway the cons and my only con is the volume is not as loud (I use the navigation app alot and the voice is not as loud as on the Burst).

Very good phone for seniors. Very easy to use!!
Purchased this cell phone for my "senior" husband because it was recommended for seniors. Very easy to program and he likes the large numbers and large fonts on the screen. I like being able to change the phone mode to advanced when I want to program it and then switch it back to Breeze mode for him to use. The quick call keys are also a bonus. I don't like that you can't program the navigation keys in standby mode. That's the reason for my 4 star rating. Other phones we have had, you can always program the navigation keys.
