I'll start with the good, the seller shipped fast (next day) and packaged the item well. With this exception my experience with this seller has been the worst sales experience I have ever had online. One would assume that an item described as rosewood would indeed be made of rosewood rather than a synthetic resin mould. As I came to find out by the seller after I received the item "‘Rosewood’ is a term that denotes the colour...". great. They even wanted me to pay for the return postage fee!

The customer requested a discount or partial refund on the item as he thought the item older but also because the rosewood handle was resin and not wooden. I had already discounted the item by $50 and offered a further $50 partial refund. He wanted $100. I agreed to a full refund of the item and he offered to pay return costs. I asked for the tracking number and he cancelled the refund request and proceeded to abuse me. I am not sure of his actual intention but his behaviour was a little odd.

Ok for non professional applications
These files are not professional quality but will do the job to some degree.

Good product and good price
A good quality product at a good price. Easy to use and easy to maintain. The only criticism is that the product arrived without any instructions and I had to find a video on YouTube to work out how to use it.

Although I haven't used these drill bits yet, the machining seems adequate and the price was good.
