Super Depth of Field
2 of 2 found this helpful This camera was bought as an exact replacement for a camera I have been using for the past six years. I am an "experienced" amateur photographer who loves to take photos but dislikes having to figure out apertures and f-stops, etc. This camera is the BEST at sophisticated point and shoot operations. The zoom capability and the clarity of photos is amazing. Size and weight make it relatively easy to be as still as possible although this is a very forgiving product. I rarely move the controls off automatic and have won a prize at my local photo club based primarily on the camera's ability to convert my composition skills into beautiful results. Depth of field is the best I've ever seen even in some of the more expensive and sophisticated cameras on the market.
