Sturdy and well made but a little heavy. Overall very good product

New design
Pros: I had one of the original ab rollers and the new design is pretty cool. Posts to add weights is brilliant.
Cons: the plastic feet when using the product for dips is a bit sketchy and unstable. The head rest is hard and a bit unforgiving. Otherwise the product works smoothly as intended.
