Missing Orange Plastic Air Lock Seal
Was kind of strange the package didn’t look previously opened. But the bag wasn’t vacuum sealed and the cartridges didn’t have the little orange plastic clip that seals them from leaking. There was also a white printed label on the bag. You can see my black cartridge is one with the orange plastic lock. l previously purchased from Staples. And it’s vacuum sealed with the orange plastic lock in place. Usually, l twist those off and you can hear the air released from the cartridge. My Brother printer would not detect the cartridges and they were not useable at all. These cartridges did not work and weren’t useable. I was on the phone with a Brother tech for and hour.
He told me that if the package wasn’t vacuum sealed and there were no orange air leak locks.
That these cartridges were not from them. Sure did waste a lot of my time
