does the job. Not sure of the value of the relief valve as you have to turn hose off before using it. Don't forget to support the tractor on jack stand, remove valve , connect the filler and hose at top of wheel rotation, turn on water, check if water is up to valve by removing hose and see if water comes out. inflate to pressure with air.
