If you want a simple phone for talk and text this is a great one to own
I BOUGHT THIS PHONE TO REPLACE MY PANTECH EASE 2020 BECAUSE EVERYONE I TALKED TO SAID THE VOICE QUALITY SUCKED AND THEN IT STARTED TO DROP CALLS. THE IMPRESSION HAS BETTER VOICE QUALITY AND THE KEYBOARD IS ALMOST AS LARGE AS THE PANTECH WHICH IS A GREAT THING CONSIDERING I TEXT ALLOT. I HAVE NOT FOUND ANYTHING THAT I DISLIKE ABOUT THIS PHONE SO FAR. COMPARED TO THE PANTECH IT IS A SIGNIFICANT STEP UP.
