The real deal
This is a proper dough scraper and it is ideal for scraping dough.
If you don't have one, you won't believe what a litlle marvel it is for baking bread, especially with wet (70%+) doughs.

Not great quality
1 of 1 found this helpful The particular set I bought was A poor quality product.
The threads on the pullers were not correctly formed, which gives them sharp edges and reduced load capacity.
The puller hags we’re poorly linished/fettled having gouges in areas of high load, thinning the legs and doubtless resulted in reduced load capacity.
A puller has a lot of load on it just before the two pieces part and I didn’t fancy trusting my safety to this product.
The seller was excellent and gave a full refund.
