Handle with care
These phones are in our office. They work well if you take care using them. Some people in our office are a bit rough with them and the magnetic hang up goes after a while. Although i do not like using a headset with this phone because when you put the phone on hold it buzzes a bit too loud for my ears, one of the other staff member is ok with it though. I am the main receptionist so i have the model with the panel attached so i can see who is on the phone its extremely handy when you have people on hold.
