The book does what the title says.
It does everything it says on the cover. The exercises are very easy to understand and make a real difference to yourself when you do them. I have bought more books for family who live a long way away. Excellent product.

Excellent value for money and so absorbing!!
The story lines, the characters,the action - it is just like watching behind the real news!!! It is all as relevant, if not more so , than when it was first made.

You get so involved with the characters that you buy the rest of the books in the series - you have to know what happens.
