Olympus Stylus Tough 3000 12.0 Megapixel Digital Camera
This is a nice little camera. I love the big screen on the back so you can see the picture you are about to take more clearly. It's nice in the aspect you can take it with you swimming, take it on hikes and you can drop it and it wont do any harsh damage. Although the photos it takes are nice. It's not great... If your trying to use it to capture some detail of small objects like jewelry or the rain drops on a flower for example. It really does not show that great of detail. But if your taking it for everyday pictures this isn't so bad. Some Bonus features this has is its video capability. My daughter has used this to take many videos of the various animals in our house and they have turned out well. But as i said before the pictures are are good they are not great....If your looking for a basic camera that wont drown or break this is great.I'd say this would be a great first camera for kids. But if you are looking for something that can really pick up detail of things this is not for you.
