Avoid this product
I am on Microsoft Lync for work, where all my calls are done through. I purchased this headset believing it was going to be great quality and included noise canceling. The quality is terrible and I often get complaints from other people on the calls. Plug in my old headset and I receive zero complaints. Buying this product was a was of money.
