Very good
Really good quality, far better than the overpriced Irwin ones. Also really nice red-ish leather color.
Only reason I cant give 5 stars is that it's too wide for me so I'll have to put another couple of holes in it. Carpenters are skinny fellas so it wouldn't hurt if it had a bit shorter buckle or couple of extra holes.
Still best value on the market
