Shock Doctrine by Naomi Klein
Shock Doctrine is a captivating must-read. Naomi Klein manages to synthesize decades of global events and trends into this book full of keen connections, which is also very easy to read. Shock Doctrine explains how catastrophic events, both natural and man-made, have created opportunities for the public domain to be seized by privately owned corporations. You will be amazed (and probably outraged) by the big picture Klein is able to draw.

"Key Muscles" Anatomy Book by Ray Long
1 of 1 found this helpful In this book, the key muscles used in Yoga are described, including antagonists, synergists, origen, insertion, and what the muscles do in certain poses. Long uses terminology such as "awakened" to mean stretched that can be confusing at first, and the written explainations are brief, but if you want a very visual understanding of anatomy, this is a great book with amazing illustration.

Who's Harry Crumb? DVD
Are you exhausted with the same four movies coming out of Hollywood since the mid 90s (apocalyptic thrillers, paranormal thrillers, torture slashers, and lame spoof comedies)? Perhaps you're nostalgic for the days when comedies had a real star and told a good, simple story. It is John Candy at his best! You need this DVD!
