Exactly as it says!
1 of 1 found this helpful I have had this book for years but in my recent move lost it. So ordering the same book took me right back to my bread making skills with the confidence James Beard instilled all those years ago. I purchased a used book which is like brand new. Ordered one for a friend also. Many wonderful recipes will keep me busy for quite awhile with the holidays coming!
