Poor quality and fails to secure the sling
1 of 1 found this helpful A slight turn in angle resulted the qd loop to pop out. One was working, the other wasnt. I would happily pay more to get a working product. Stuff like this gives everything 'made in China' a bad reputation.

Nice but too many modes

Battery doesnt last long so use the hi output mode only when you need it.
Flashing modes are useless. They either make you blind or the driver coming at you. Both cases are dangerous.
Flashing and moving target is also difficult to locate in the dark. Thats why weapon lights have strobe modes.
Not a fan of the rubber band atrachement. Would prefer an option for some sort of fixed mount.
Good buy for 30USD.

Quality from China
I took a risk with this one and spend around 400USD on a Chinese ip camera.
It paid off.
This actually is a really good high quality camera.
Well built sturdy case and wall mount, good quality optics and versatile software.
One minus is that the outdoor model is not designed to be mounted in-ceiling. If you want to mount it in-ceiling, it involves some modifications that cant be undone. It can be mounted in-ceiling anyhowif thats your thing.
Another thing is the web plug-in that your browser needs to view the image.
It just doesnt work well. At first it worked fine but after a week it stopped showing the image. I dont know what to do. If youre not using a browser but an NVR, I dont think this is a problem.
Also, the camera settings page is unaccessible with Firefox and Crome. You need to use IE. Otherwise the page just looks blank.
All in all, I would buy again but sure hope they will fix these with an FW update.
