Assistance and postal time
The supplier was very helpful although the postal time was long.
When the article appeared to be lost in the post, the supplier did not hestiate to send a replacement.
The article was exactly as described and appears good quality.

Quality of product
The tool feels sturdy when used and appears excellent quality.

Compact and and packs a lot of punch for the size and price.
The product works well but hard to program with the written instructions provided. Once the operation is understood, it is relatively easy to program. Excellent Youtube video available to assist.
Needs an enclosure version to improve product.
