Leftovers
1 of 1 found this helpful I like these freezer containers, the portion sections are plentiful. Being single I can make family size meals, portion out for future meals. Photo of my individual meatloaf dinners. Recipe made 8 meals, here they are ready to be consumed whenever I want, so easy! See my photo 😜

"Big Bands and Classics" Awesome DVD set don't lose on this one - low $$$
1 of 1 found this helpful I like the classic movie musicals,,, if you like this type of movie you will certainly enjoy this DVD set. They just don't make movies like this . You will enjoy each disc - I am so happy that I have it in my collection, don't let it pass you by.

Healthy or not...
Easy reading, not complicated to understand and very useful. I have RA and I want to reduce as much inflamation as possible. So between utilizing the book knowledge and following doctors Rx I feel less and less pain. I would recommend this book, all you got to lose is pain. But you can't just read it, you need to follow the advise and foods listed in the book.
