Very informative and concise.
2 of 2 found this helpful Excellent resource! For those of us who appreciate understanding how things work and don't just take someone's word for it, this is the book that turns the light on. I'm grateful to know there is help for what felt like a hopeless situation and that there actually is a great deal of scientific research on the topic of gluten sensitivity. Just knowing I can do something to help myself rather than throwing away thousands of dollars for advice from medical professionals that have no training in this area is a huge relief!
