Don't believe they are new rims as advertised.

Great delivery and started off as a good dealing. First guy I dealt with was perfect. I had to drive 4 hours to swap 2 marked rims over, which was fine, but didn't notice marks on the replacements, whilst wrapped in plastic and marks on inner lip, that looked like wheels were rejects. Offered to drive 4hrs again, toll fees etc, to swap again, for unmarked rims, but got a phonecall that changed my mind. Wasn't the first bloke that I dealt with, but someone else. In a rude and abrupt tone, he pretty much said it was my fault for not inspecting properly when I went there and tried to talk down to me, so that I would just not bother. I wouldn't of thought I'd need to inspect every cm, of something that has been advertised as brand new and is wrapped in plastic. Unwrap the whole rim and risk it getting marked on the way home? Ive worked for Ford for 15 years and to get treated like I'm a fool, disappoints me! Not once was I rude or asking too much, as I was willing to make another trip, at my cost, to get it right! Disappointed is an understatement, but goes to show, all it takes is for one person to ruin future dealings. .
